The night registration lady, Hortense, was very nice and helpful. The location was great and rooms were clean. We did have to go ask for towels for our 2nd day. The room we were in was very dark, kind of depressing. Need better lighting. Carpet needs replacing and there was a place beside air conditioner that looked like could possibly be mold. On the flip side bed was comfortable, as well as pillow. We would stay here again, but the possible mold needs to be taken care of.

I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta! Hostense at the front desk was incredibly professional, welcoming, and enthusiastic. I also believe the owner was on-site during my stay, and he was extremely courteous and professional as well. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect and a great way to start the day. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay at a great price. ... read more
