Great hotel! 5 star staff...especially Melissa who was very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel when visiting the Rockwall area.
Kevin was so nice and accommodating checking us in, especially since I messed up the reservation. Thank you Kevin! Room was able to cool down quickly and we slept well 👍 pool was enjoyable even upon our late arrival. Breakfast was simple and filling. Ty.
Stayed for one night 8/2/25. My wife and I have stayed here a couple of times before and never a complaint. This time checked in lady at desk very nice but noticed strange smell through out idk maybe cleaning chemicals? Room 219 was open when we got there noticed smell and only 1 towel had to ask for more. Then during the night kids at the swimming pool till about 2am in the morning states pool closes at 11pm yelling screaming hollering I believe several people made complaints then they got out of the pool come upstairs and ... read more
