This was our first time coming to Rockwall Texas due to a medical emergency. The wonderful staffer named Melissa exceeded our request and needs. Due to me having surgery she even allowed us to upgrade to a new room with a charge and the upgraded room was outstanding? Definitely plan to make this particular Best Western hotel our go to spot!
Estuvimos en este hotel alrededor de 3 días debo decir que la gente que trabaja allí es muy amable cuentan con muy bien servicio y amabilidad tuvimos un percance personal y Andrés nos ayudó a resolverlo, es un lugar limpio y tranquilo definitivamente volveríamos a quedarnos allí
Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
