This hotel was a hidden gem! It’s clean and the customer service is impeccable. I can’t leave out the free parking and BOMB free breakfast! I would recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you for a pleasant stay
Rude customer service, no change anywhere in the building so I can’t do my laundry, laundry was broken yesterday. Nobody tried to help me or was nice to me

I stayed here for a week and a half while in the country on business to do with my PhD. The staff were very friendly, the room was very comfortable and had a great view, and the shuttle service to the metro station was very helpful. I would very much recommend this hotel to others.
