Rooms are good. Great customer service in the front office
Foreign cat food and panties of another were found under the dresser of the room I stayed in at the Best Western Plus Rio Grande. I probably would have never known about the cat food other than the fact that I have a cat and he found the alien cat particles - the panties just happened to accompany them. Unfortunately, there is so much more - I ordered a dirty Ketel One martini in the bar and the bartender didn't know what Ketel One was. I should have went with a beer right away. A picture follows. Amazing place
The location is the best part of this place super close to the freeway and not far from downtown and has a restaurant too which almost most to none hotels have here and prices aren't too bad ,the halls can get stinky and kinda confusing but the rooms where pretty nice inside has a mini fridge!
