We booked a reservation prior to the wild fire situation in Oregon. According to the reservation paperwork, " If you would like to cancel without a charge, you must do so within 24 hours of the date of your arrival". We contacted the Inn on 9/17/20, 12 days prior to our reservation date. The hotel refused to cancel the reservation, and would not confirm what credit card they had on file.
