I wish I got the breakfast attendants name my son was obsessed with her he even tipped her 5$ 😭🥹 he wanted to give her a feather he found outside but we had to leave. Lovely staff and really fun breakfast and pool for kids. My son had an absolute blast 🥹
Always great staying at this location. We come here at least once a year and they are always awesome! Rooms are clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. They also have an ice machine and a fresh water fountain that are a nice convenience. Thanks Best Western Plus, we will see you again soon!
Between sports tournaments and doctors appointments my family stays here quite often. The Rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, and the kids love the swimming pool. We've always experienced good customer service, but the last two stays the front desk lady, Shannon, has gone above and beyond. Our TV wasn't working right and she came down to our room to fix it herself. Last night my husband went to pre-check us in to find out someone had called and canceled our reservation. I'll start this off by saying I DO NOT wright reviews. However, the outstanding customer service that Shannon has needs to be recognized. Our reservation somehow got canceled and even though the hotel was completely booked she somehow managed to get my family into a double queen room without upsetting anyone else staying in the hotel. Aside from that, she is quick to start a friendly and inviting conversation that makes me feel at home.
