Front desk staff was the best - friendly and fun!
Quarto de tamanho razoável p 2 pessoas. Limpeza é boa. Localização boa. Piscina com muito cloro. Problema no microondas. Funcionários falam português. Ônibus p parques param frente hotel. Sem café.
I loved this hotel. Paid $228 (taxes included)/4 nights, via Hotwire. Clean, spacious, convenient, two Jacuzzis, gym, 24-hr laundry, store until midnight, tennis, bball, and more!
The front desk mgr. was awesome, the gym is neat!
I've stayed here three times. The staff is always SUPER friendly, the rooms are very clean, and it's super close to Universal! Don't judge it b/c its BW, this place is excellent. I'll be back in Aug!

Our band takes a big trip every year and we use this hotel. I think it is lovely and it has always been clean. Just a block from Wet 'N Wild. I enjoy it.
The staff is very friendly, but the rooms were not great. Have stayed @ other BW props that were in better shape; was supposed to have been "newly renovated", then again, what can you expect for $100?
