A very pleasant stay. All the staff were very friendly, and the rooms and public areas were all clean and in good condition. The breakfast area was large and clean. The selection was excellent, and nothing was lacking at any time.

I booked a week in advance by phone for a double queen room on the ground floor. It did not happen and disabilities in my party were ignored and not accommodated. The ac did not blow cold the first night. It was ok the second. My friend had to run the stairs with a bad knew numerous times to make it to our engagements. She won’t walk right again for a month. I’m severely disappointed because regular maintenance of air conditioning system on half of the building disrupted my reservation.

They tried to work with me to resolve the issues, but unfortunately, not everything could be fixed. They were able to address the water smell by running the water and fixing the sink stopper, but the carpet smell remained. The carpet smelled strongly of musty feet, which was unpleasant. I appreciate that they were understanding and allowed me to leave without a cancellation fee. However, given the experience, I would definitely think twice about staying here again in the future.
