Room was very dirty. Mold growing in picture frame. Cobwebs all over the ceiling. My towels or toilet paper was never restocked. Cards constantly didn’t let me in my room and had to ask to have them updated more than 1 time per day front desk worker doesn’t get in until 9-9:30 so I was locked out of my hotel for 30 minutes waiting since the card was not working. I’d never stay here again. There pricing was on par with a holiday inn but the quality was so much worse.
Just needed an overnight sleep and breakfast. Minimal amenities, no morning staff, surprise room deposit.
I called to see if they accepted Corporate Lodging Card and they said yes. When I arrived they said their machine was not working for that card. I had to pay with my personal card. Went to my room and there was no towels or wash clothes in the room. There were no pillow cases on the pillows. In the bathroom the wall paper was coming off the wall and in behind it was covered in black mold. I went and told the woman at the front desk and she gave me another room. I travel to MN often to see my mother. I always try to find budget hotels because I am just looking for a bed. I got this place for about $65 a night. Make sure you purchase online! They told me over $100 when you walk in. The room was ehh... the room smelled like smoke so that was unpleasant. The beds were ok for a hotel at this price. My back hurt everyday day waking up.
