Our first room had a horrendous smell the second we opened the door. They moved us to a different room with a sofa bed, no sheets or pillows for it, then gave us only one sheet as bedding. Our new room floor was not vacuumed. Their "breakfast" in the morning had 1 type of dry cereal, a couple pieces of bread, and some scrambled eggs, that was it. There was also a guy sitting in the breakfast area with a bong in his hand. Also only one working ice machine. Will never stay here again
Absolutely a horrible experience. It smelled so bad. Our window was broken so in 90° weather also the pool was shut down as well and when it showed what the continental breakfast look like on the Internet, it was absolutely nothing like that like I can’t even describe how horrible it was. I also got very sick after I ate their eggs and that’s all about all they had and toast that’s it and if you want juice you had to request it. It's making me do atleast 1 star for some reason. I would do -20 if I could. This place is disgusting and completely unsafe for anyone to stay at!! We checked in to 2 rooms pool is not available, 1 room smelt like someone died in it 2nd room had crap smeared all over the walls and door handles. Stains all over the place. We didn't even stay there. Talked with front desk they said if priceline called them, they would refund me for both rooms. We'll now when priceline calls them they put them on hold than eventually hang up. I... read more
Room was bad, hot tube was dirty, two light bulb was missing and not working, room smells there was no towels had to ask for them found out someone had just moved out of that room to another room, got charged for the room when we were in there for not even 5 minutes!
