Always love staying here when coming down to MKE
Don’t believe the ratings. This place is a run down dump that smells funny and feels dirty. It’s also really loud. Cheapest windows and coverings I’ve ever seen in a best western. Terrible is barely adequate to describe it.
Good place for the price nice people clean room good breakfast and also nice service.
Our room was absolutely horrible! Our bed was broken down on one side, half of the outlets did not work in our room, the shower handle was broken so we could not take a shower, the sink handle was loose and flopping around, we had no cold water in our room, the AC unit did not work unless you put it on extremely cold, then it would kick on, when we woke up in the morning the pool area was absolute disaster area, and when we brought all this stuff up to the front desk we got a rude remark and nothing was done about it!
