RecommendedThis was the perfect place to go for our romantic anniversary. The jacuzzi suite was very large and the jacuzzi tub itself was incredibly relaxing!! the front desk staff was very helpful and housekeeping was also amazing. They had hot coffee and hot water for my tea in the Lobby 24/7 and the Hot Breakfast was exactly what we needed after our night. its super close to good food places too. we will be back! we loved it!
We are currently staying here with regrets. The bathroom floor is disgusting, carpets are dirty, refrigerator surface was grimy, beds are uncomfortable, furniture is in sad shape, rooms are dingy in need of remodel. This will be our last stay at the Macomb Best Western.
Lindsey, Kelsey and Megan were so helpful, friendly and just all around amazing!!

You better inspect your room prior to accepting. These guys charged my card and claimed I spilled dye on the floor. The floor had dark stains on it before I settled in. The shower head was broken and I got no appreciation for reporting it to management. They rewarded me by placing a charge on my card. The room had no luggage stool. The heat works. Check in was easy and the room is clean.
Extremely rude housekeeping staff.
The hotel was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and professional. No bed bugs noted. Thank God. Our only issue was plumbing problems. We had to switch rooms because our toilet kept over flowing with water. I will go back.
