Wall air-conditioning unit that sounds like a jack hammer when turned on. Noisy until 11pm (kids sports tournaments in town) and a manager that was so excited for company @ 5:30 am in the morning because the staff set the fire alarm making breakfast. It went on for 3+ hours. And then the hotel lost water. Had to pack up and leave. Corporate gave a partial refund for the group but can't tell what that is and they don't really seem to care. Never staying at ANY of these hotels again.
Lobby closes at 10pm- not allowed to sit and talk or sit in pool area. Fire alarms went off FIVE TIMES between 530am-7:30a, all false alarms. Not very clean, carpets not vacuumed, ceiling in shower has water damage and sagging. Genuinely confused how it has a 3 star rating, 2.5 stars at best. Is NOT at the level of a Hilton or Marriott, at least this one isn’t. We had to stay here with kids sports team, unfortunately. There is free breakfast that is ok.
The hotel was adequate for my needs. There was a rather large water stain on the carpet in the hall leading to my room. Looked old.
