Had a great time at hotel quiet and clean.
Pool closed upon arrival due to maintenance issue that required evacuation until the fire department cleared it. Stayed closed all weekend. TV in room 323 broken. Although promised, it wasn't fixed or replaced. Beds are too high. Needed a stepstool to get in. Breakfast waffle batter was sour. Grandson spit out the first bite and wouldn't eat anything else. No cleaning service. Door tag for room 323 said "privacy" on both sides. Younger manager was nice, professional and cordial. The older manager had a don't give a s**t atti... read more
