Response to Manager's commennt....that's funny. Because your location is the only one who supposedly turned us away due to having 2 support animals and 1 that is not. We won't be recommending your hotel to anyone. Especially when the front desk lady was rude about it. We made reservations and told while booking that we had pets. The woman at the front desk said no pets. She also came off extremely rude with an attitude about our pets. Out of every Best Western we've stayed at has been pet friendly. Don't waste your time here if you have pets!
I was greeted by Kim. She was very friendly & helpful. Hotel is very clean. Comfortable beds. Love the location is right along the Hwy. I will be staying here every time I go to Oak Harbor, Whidbey island.
