Stayed for an event and on the last night of our stay the fire alarm went off at 11:45. Our group staying consisted of four, two with heart disabilities including myself and our significant others. We all filed out, the fire department came, and we went back up as the fire department left. No answers. At 12:30 the fire alarms went off a second time. The front desk check-in staff was not friendly, and I did not feel any sense of hospitality during the check-in process. On top of that, my room was right next to the highway, and the traffic noise was extremely loud. I couldn’t rest properly at night and was woken up early in the morning by the noise. I will not choose this hotel again.

I am a gold and platinum member from two competitor hotels. I said this to give you reference of my hotel experience. I have traveled extensively with my daughter since 2022 all across the US. to various hotels this Best Westin was the worst. In the west I stayed in two that were Awesome (so I have a point in comparison). This was my worst hotel experience baring a unkept competitor.
