Clean and quiet!
Giving them a high rating for excellent customer service. Very nice and accommodating. Rooms are good, some noise from the highway, but to be expected due to location.
Hari was outstanding and beyond helpful. The hotel is so clean and beautifully renovated. They made us so comfortable after a long day of travel.
Great value, stylish stay, and surprisingly comfortable for the price. We paid under $95 a night and overall had a really solid experience. The hotel feels modern and well-designed, the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a good stay. Breakfast was included and covered the basics — simple but convenient. I do wish they offered yogurt as an option. One thing worth mentioning: the hotel is located right off the highway, so rooms facing that side can get some traffic noise, especially early in the morn... read more
Rude front desk worker, had no interest in helping. I'm just an inconvenience. Made me feel unwelcome. I'll spend my money somewhere else next time I'm in chicago
