Called to reserve so I could get a first floor room. The guy was new and repeated everything i said including my cc info. I did ask if he was new and said he was and advised him he shouldn't repeat people personal info. We arrived the next day. The guy checking us in was very rude. Never said welome, never went over any pool info or breakfast. My girlfriend and I were in the Cortland area for a baby shower in Freeville, as we live almost 3 hours away (Schenectady area), and staying overnight was a no-brainer since driving almost 200 miles one way was enough for anyone to be tired; so in preparations for our trip, I went on hotels.com to book a 1 night stay at the Best Western Plus Finger Lakes hotel. DISGUSTING! MANAGEMENT IS DISRESPECTFUL! I had to DRAIN my own bathtub because it was broken the owner yelled at me for requesting a partial refund due to the issue the room was disgusting! I would NEVER do business here again new ownership from the previous yrs have destroyed this place! Would’ve had better results at a damn motel.
