After multiple attempts to reach the manager, my husband posted a Google review three days ago. Only one word matters about that...BED BUGS! In his response on Google to David Livingstone's review, they LIED and said they refunded our money! No- they didn't because we booked through hotels.com and even they couldn't get a response. So we paid for two rooms for that night. Hopefully, we won't be paying an exterminator!
I got to my room at 11:30 pm pulled back the covers and bedbugs. I called the office and they wouldn't give me my money back . They offered me the room next to the one I just left. I just went to another hotel. They gave me the managers number I've called him three times and he won't answer and won't return my calls.
rude staff needs to learn about food allergies and treat guests that have them with respect. disgusting behavior to laugh in her face when they are the ignorant ones
Don't believe the 5 star reviews. This is is cheaply run hotel. Our microwave didn't work. We were told no maintenance available on weekends. We looked for the business center and followed the directions on the wall. After not finding it we asked the front desk and were told "oh they took that out several months ago". One of our room keys stopped working mid stay. All the rooms on the south side of the hotel are too noisy from highway noise to get any sleep. My advice. Easy to get to property, hotel is CLEAN ! Lots of restaurants nearby within minutes of travel on the frontage roads. Easy to get back on the highway east or west with simple turns. I would stay again when passing thru.
