I had one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. On the morning of breakfast, I arrived at 8:59 a.m., just before the 9:00 cut-off. Instead of being greeted politely, the breakfast staff was hostile, telling me I was “lucky” to have made it in time. When I went to use the waffle machine—the only item I wanted—I was refused, even though other food was still available. Brenda was rude
The hotel was very clean and seemed new. What impressed me the most was the friendliness of the staff. They were outgoing and personable, providing excellent customer service from the late-night check-in to the morning breakfast and check-out. We'll plan to stay here again next time we're in the area!
