Extremely helpful staff when we had to extend our stay unexpectedly. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with a wide variety. I would definitely stay here again!

Through hotels.com they changed me on December 31st for this hotel because the one where I had booked the room had a leak, when I got to it I was disappointed because the rooms are horrible, they have cockroaches, the pool closed, the beds in disrepair. I decided to leave immediately and made the claim and even so they are charging me without having stayed and knowing in the conditions that it is, it is not habitable for anything and more when I arrive as a family and with two small children. Horrible management. After my husband booked the incorrect best western he immediately called and was told it was ok to cancel. Now we are being charged fully for a hotel he didn’t even use. He booked another best western and stayed there and that was all explained. Now the sorry excuse of a manager is refusing to refund us our money. No services were rendered. I booked my reservation for my stay weeks in advance to the date. I received a call the day of my reservation about an hour before check-in and was told my reservation has to be at least 3 nights or it’ll have to be canceled. My stay was only for one night due to a big test I would be taking early the next morning in the area. I explained this to the person who called me and she did not seem to care and just repeated herself about having to cancel my reservation or extend it. Never book at this hotel if you can avoid it. Had to call down to maintenence for 2 issues and the noise from 95 is so bad that they provide earplugs "for your comfort". However, what are you supposed to do if you have a young child that cannot wear them, but can't sleep because of the noise? They won't give you a refund either. They have your money and they won't give it back.
