Great service, clean rooms. Bed is sooooo comfortable I slept in a little bit for work. Can I take the bed home with me...? P p p p p pleeeeeease

My husband and I spent two nights in this hotel, absolutely enjoyed our time there. We were totally surprised at how nice it was. The rooms were clean and smelled so fresh, and oh my goodness the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely give this hotel five stars. 2016

This was the best stay we've had in lufkin,hospitality, cleanliness,access to fridge and microwave, coffee station, I even had someone to knock and ask was everything o.k. and if we needed anything, never experienced that,and we travel a lot.Thank you Best Western, you made our stay enjoyable.The Lacy's in #306 ,3-11,thru 3-13-2016.

This hotel was like being at home. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Room had a ceiling fan, refrigerator and microwave. All for under $100. All hotels need to take notice and follow.

We needed a room for 5 and got a two bedroom suite. Amazing! It was beautiful, clean, wonderfully designed for comfort. Kids loved the pool and the breakfast offered many delicious options. Will definitely stay with them again.
