Surprised this was considered a Best Western Plus. You can tell they have tried to do the best they can with the building. Over all it wasn’t a terrible hotel, we loved the courtyard! It just was not the standard of a Plus we we’re expecting.
Caitlyn was incredibly helpful. She went over the top for my wife and I. We were having a rough day on our anniversary and she was able to make it much better! She was professional, knowledgeable and genuine. Thanks for a great stay!

Pet friendly does not mean pet convenient. They put you on the second floor so much wrong with this place. *Hottest day of year (100+) all second floor doors were open, air conditioning couldn’t keep up *Breakfast was mid and they were out of most breakfast essentials *The room was absolutely disgusting, apparently the lady that stayed in the room before us was on her period. Trash cans not emptied of bloody trash and pads. I paid for this experience. Do better
