I stayed in the Kennedy Suite, the one with the steam shower, on 11/14/2025. The steam shower was not operational. It had recently been replaced, but the replacement was not completed. The maintenance technician, who was in my suite ALL DAY Saturday 11/15, told me that the water in and water out hoses were installed backward. I noticed while he was there that the circuit breaker for the steam shower was turned off (see photo) meaning that it was deliberately left disabled. I had some issues but overall it was a great experience.
This hotel is conveniently located off I25 and Hwy 34. The one draw back to this location is when you exit you can only go right. You have to go across I25 to do a Uturn to go left. Our room was clean, well kept and large. The shower HUGE. The stairs up to the room might have been more difficult for others but fine for us. It would have been nice to have more kitchen utensils like a pot holder for example but there was an amount of ample dishes. The staff were accommodating. Would give it 0 it possible, claims to be pet friendly but it's dog only, but they won't let you know till you're there
