We stayed here with a group and the hotel is very spacious. We really liked the pool and outdoor areas. Breakfast was fine, just the typical hotel breakfast. Nothing fancy, but it worked. It was helpful to have laundry facilities there and that staff would make change for the machines. The only thing that could be improved is the style of the furniture. We stayed for 2 nights because of nearby hospital. Having serious surgery the following day. We were greeted by Peter and his smile. He was very accommodating with our request to look atcroom before accepting. Room was maintained very well. Clean, warm and everything worked. We were happy with it all.The warm way we were greeted by Peter both nights was such an amazing difference how we've been treated by other places. We always stay at Best Western Plus hotels. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. They allowed us to check in early which we appreciated as we arrived 2 hours earlier than normal 3:00pm check in.
My wife book a king room for the weekend based on this location having an outdoor pool. Room is small compared to other hotels, could hardly turn around in the bathroom. Pool...no pumps circulating the water, no one serviced or cleaned it while we were there, no evening poolside service as advertised. Lounge closes " whenever they decide to" even though they're supposed to be open until 9. Absolute disappointment and waste of money.
