Charged $25 to check in 1 hour early, Ironed my slacks and there was plastic on the bottom plate ruining my $100 slacks. For the money I should have stayed at a better place
Book ahead of time, as we overpaid a bit for our rooms. Rooms were clean and cute with a good view! Bathroom setup was great, and beds were more comfortable than I expected. Free parking and breakfast is a plus. Super happy with our stay.
Very nice, quiet hotel. Clean, very friendly staff, great breakfast. I had an issue with Hotels.com, Angie, the manager, took care of everything quickly. Great customer service! We will definitely stay again. Our only disappointment was the restaurant/bar was closed due to a water leak.
The management at this hotel is horble to work with. I had to cancle 5 days in advance due to an Emergency in my family and the still charged me. DO NOT STAY HERE
