We choose to stay here, even though there were less expensive options. Based on the amenities. Only to find the hot/ swimming pool were not working. Put in a room on the 4th floor even though other rooms were available. Only to find out the ice maker doesn't work on that floor. My girlfriend took a quick shower in the evening and there was still water in the tub in the morning. Not a pleasant experience at all. Forgot the rotten oranges!
Hotel is wayyyy outdated, beds are nasty, comforters stained. Ac barely works and filters are clogged. Staff was ok, hallways and elevators are so hot you can barely breathe. Breakfast was terrible and even included molding fruit... paint is scuffed mold rings in the showers.... for 241 a night this place is wayyy unacceptable. And I was in a "suite"
Looks like a nice hotel, and the staff was friendly enough and quick. However, the King size bed in the room I rented was absolutely the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Couldn’t side sleep without my hip writhing in pain, and woke up at various times throughout the night.
I have been staying at this hotel for six days, and unfortunately, my experience has not been good. During these six days, my room has never been cleaned. I have told the front desk several times that I need housekeeping service. They tell me they will take care of it, but they never do. After working all day, you expect to come back to the hotel, find your room clean, take a shower, and get some rest. Finding the room in the same condition after several days is very frustrating.
