Nice place, room is clean, breakfast is good and plenty items to choose from. People work here are nice people (Tina) asked you what you need and gave out cold water for the drive back. We usually stay in Tucson on the way driving from Texas to San Diego but I’m glad the Internet recommended us to stay here at this hotel. The hotel is a little 7 min detour from the highway but it is worth the drive to stay here.

High praise to Brently who worked tirelessly to correct a problem with our reservation. He did so in a kind professional manner. Also, we would like to commend Tina. She worked hard each day to prepare a delicious hot breakfast. The breakfast was always open on time. Her friendly smile and helpful nature made us feel at home and welcomed! This place is always a great stop. The rooms are clean and inviting and the staff is great. They treat everyone quite well and go out of their way to accommodate. If you don't like the breakfast which is good by the way tina and the others will make you something else. Im a stubborn individual so i already have plans to eat somewhere because i drive oversize loads so when I'm without a trailer i get to satisfy cravings. All in all i love this place and think you will too.

This Best Western Plus was great! The place seemed very new and up to date! Rooms were clean, the staff were kind and efficient, and the building was in a good location. The breakfast was adequate and filling. I would highly recommend visiting here while in the area!

My son, an older teen, stayed at bw casa grande. The hotel room and service were terrific. He slept well and ate heartily the hot breakfast and fresh melon. The staff made him feel very comfortable. Thank you all!
