I was highly disappointed by the total lack of professional leadership at this property. Management clearly lacks any real training or business experience. During my stay, I repeatedly witnessed leadership huddled at the front desk, completely comfortable openly gossiping about staff drama right in front of guests. The housekeepers are clearly very good at their jobs, but the entire team looks completely exhausted. I stopped for a night while driving cross country, and was really pleased with this hotel. The room was clean and quiet (even on a holiday weekend), the staff were friendly, and it was easy on and off the interstate, with basic restaurants and gas close by. Lots of well lit parking. The bed was new, and while firmer than I prefer, it was in good condition and clean. I would stay here again.

King room/suite is comfortable and clean. Spacious. Has a K cup coffee maker, good size fridge, microwave. Staff was awesome! Best hotel breakfast I have had. Location great, easy access to Main Street through Casa Grande. Bonus is that Texas Roadhouse is a short walk away (only across the parking lot). Look forward to a return visit!!
