The service was terrific. I came in late and they accommodated me with little fuss
Very bad service. They told us that they are keeping the $100 deposit because we ruined their property "blood on the sheet" They said its biohazard. BS. How much semen from other guests that are on those sheets before you have to wash them??? Very rude staff. Went back there to take the "damaged sheets" that is being paid for from out deposit but they cannot give us anything. Such a BS management.
Be aware of this property's checkout policy before you book! There is a $35 fee for anything after 11am. It's not stated at the desk or at checkin and there are no advanced notice or courtesy reminders. In my case, the first I heard of the fee was when a staff member knocked on our door at 11:12 AM and told me I was going to be charged $35, which I was. Thee worst experience ever not even an hr into checking in. Kristie on 3rd shift thee worst customer service. FYI the hotel can be nice and clean but if you’re employee disrespectful, with a shitty attitude towards your customers then the hotel is shitty period..We Definitely will NOT book with best western again
