☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Hotel Our experience at the Best Western Suites in Caldwell, ID was awful from start to finish. The rooms were dirty, and the entire hotel lobby was covered in sheetrock dust from ongoing construction. It looked and felt like a work zone rather than a place to relax. To make things worse, one of the employees — a heavy-set man working the breakfast area — rudely accused us of not having a room and demanded our room number and last name in front of other guests. This is a horrible hotel! Go next door they are so much nicer and friendly! The lady at the front desk Vao is very rude she is very unprofessional! Find you a new front desk receptionist! Do better "Worst Western"
