Very upset with this hotel and how they tryed to rectify their mistakes. Booked pet friendly room with 2 beds over the phone 30 mins before arriving. Got in to town they have us a room on the 2nd floor I asked if it was a pet friendly room since every hotel I have been with a dog your always ground level. This is not a pet friendly room. And they offered to correct our booking with a single bed that is pet friendly, ok so what about my children. I booked a pet friendly room with 2 beds and it was available 30 mins ago.
We had multiple days with only mildly warm water to bath with. The staff temporarily fixed the issue but the fix only last a few minutes. Eventually we did get hot water. The staff were super friendly and the location is convenient.
Don't waste your time calling customer service with any questions they are so rude and no help........
