The hotel is very neat and tidy. The room was clean, the water was hot and the breakfast was excellent. The hallways and elevator were clean and there was a very nice exercise room and pool. I stayed down the street the night before in a much newer fancier hotel, and was very displeased with the Dirty room. I left there and came to the Best Western and was very pleased with my choice. I would stay here again!
We always stay here on our way to Branson! Staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly! Rooms are very clean, and the large vanity area is separate from the shower area. Having a microwave and frig in the room is so nice, and the beds are very comfortable! Breakfast is good and kept well filled. Nice pool area. Will definitely be back!
Good location that was easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable experience.
