Never stay at this hotel. They lie about accepting dogs. We waited 45 minutes to get a room. They didn't know which were clean or dirty. Then I told them we had a service dog and my 2 dogs they said ok. We get there want 45 minutes get our room. Go to sleep They wake is up 30 minutes later to tell is we have 10 minutes to get out or they are calling police. I would never do business work them again . Bad place
Exceptional kind & thoughtful front desk receptionist. I left one of my back beg in the hotel lobby while checking out n I’m in a hurry to catch an Uber, and one of the staffs kept it safe for me. Whoever this person is, and I pray God bless her good deed multiple times. thank you so much!
Five stars for Myrsa. I only needed her help briefly with my room key, but while I was waiting, I watched her help two guests ahead of me. She was professional, upbeat, detail-oriented, and genuinely welcoming. She easily stood out as one of the most positive staff members I encountered during my stay. The staff member with heterochromia was also very helpful and gave the same level of great service. Tiffany, the manager, was excellent as well. The receptionist was very nice and noticed. I was having a bad day. Ended everything she could okay now to make me feel better. Should hire more people like her is 9:14 on Wednesday? I don't remember her name, but thank you. I think she has blue in her hair lol
I didn’t actually get a chance to stay at this lovely establishment. I went to meet up with a coworker and I was planning on staying here for a couple of nights, but before I could even make a cup of coffee while I waited for my coworker and decided if this was a hotel I would stay at, an employee or manager approached me and asked me if I was a guest. I told him I was waiting for a guest, but apparently you can’t even make a cup of coffee at the establishment unless you’ve paid for a night. She’s staying in a room. I’m wait... read more
