Overall good with a couole small hitches
Super friendly staff, (of course im incredibly handsome, so there's that)! LOL
Rooms, pool, breakfast were awesome the business Side of things not so much I was going to meet family me and my daughter each had a room we were both charged for parking even though It said free on the website.. one son I had to pay $20 for 2 days just in and out visits another son they gave him a free visitor parking pass and daughter in law they stated 15 then changed it to 10 when I went for a walk about 11 last night over half the lot didn't have passes and I don't know the gentleman working behind the counter was but i... read more
We would love to love this hotel. The location lets you walk to Adventureland. The room rates are reasonable. The opportunities to make this property better are in the details. Landscaping overwhelmed by weeds is startling. The rooms have updated furnishings but when repairs are made the fixes need fixed. Our reattached shower curtain had old holes on the wall. A plumbing access panel was left unfinished. One of the four bed reading lamps was permanently on. With some TLC this will be real BEST Western.
