Their cool workers/cleaners. Been here working out of town and I haven't had a problem one. Breakfast is a pretty good spread! Nothing bad to say!
This is a very nice hotel! The rooms are entered from the parking lot which I love because I have a pet. Everything was clean, well stocked, updated, breakfast was great! I would absolutely stay here again while in the area. Bargain!
The manager of this place is a nightmare! When I changed from my super.com booking over to booking under their booking I was informed I had to pay $100 deposit which I have never paid and I was told I had to come right then and take care of. When I told her I was unable to do that right then she said was beyond rude! When I went by the business center to print something this manager came in to tell me they had went into my room and found a stain on my sheets and charged me $25. So upon checking in I told the front desk I was there because our vehicle had broken down. But she proceeded with continually asking for my license plate number. I guess she thought it was funny about my bad luck. We stayed 3 nights waiting for repairs to be done on our vehicle and everyday we was woken up by their staff beating on the doors of the room beside us. So loud that we thought it was our door.
