They slapped me with a ridiculous $50 late fee for being literally 10 minutes past check-out time. No warning, no grace period, and completely unreasonable customer service. The manger was hostile and unhelpful when I questioned the charge. Instead of offering basic hospitality, they seem far more interested in nickel-and-diming guests with hidden fees than providing decent service. Save your money and book somewhere that actually respects its guests."
Diane in the kitchen is the best
It's pretty nice for it's price. Fairly clean, friendly service. Just wish the workout room was well maintained (especially the treadmill).
