Horrible hotel. The curtains were covered with black mold!! We called priceline and moved to another hotel!!

It is about a 24 minute walk from Best Western to the entrance to Universal's CityWalk. Head to the intersection of Int'l Dr and Universal Blvd, then cross I-4 on the overpass to Universal.
Horrible service here. We asked for a non-smoking room. They told us they were sold out. Another customer asked for a SMOKING room. They REFUSED to allow us to trade because they didn't want to clean
Not very exciting hotel, free SLOW internet though :P. Staff in the reception is quite friendly and helpfull!
