So 20 minutes after checking in I go into the bathroom wanting to shower, so I grab a towel and unfold it. Then I see this. Literal feces on the towel. “I’m so sorry, here’s some more towels” is what the front desk said. We’ve come here on multiple occasions and loved it here. Never again. Their door says they’re taking extra cleaning precautions yet there’s sh*t on their towels.
I truly enjoyed my stay here! The rooms were immaculate and the receptionists were very helpful. The breakfast was hot and delicious and the guy running that was super friendly and went out of his way to ensure I had a good breakfast. 10/10 would recommend!!
Kicking people out of their rooms at 11:30PM for parking in the parking lot with a boat. Classy.
From the time you walk in til the time you leave is nothing but great customer service. Thank you guys for making me feel welcome. Oh and the icing on the cake that really added the WOW factor was I had an early flight for they gave me a goodie bag with some snacks and water since I had to leave before breakfast. I will definitely use this hotel in the future.

Es un hotel cercano (18 minutos) de los parques, cerca a premium outlet y IKEA. Limpio, las camas son muy cómodas, el desayuno está bien. Buen nivel a buen precio.
very disappointed - hotel charged me twice for same booking - I prepaid with hotels .com and the hotel charged my card after I left - they denied this and told my bank they had charged me once - I had a receipt for both transactions - my bank did a charge back -this was very underhanded and should not have happened - I have yet to get an apology - it took two months to sort and the hotel denied any wrong doing - how many times has this happened CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS
