Really happy with Best Western of Naperville. I've stayed at many hotels in this area (as I commute to work nearby) that claim to be 3 or 4 star only to be extremely disappointed. This Hotel has VERY friendly & helpful staff, clean rooms, modern TV streaming capabilities, microwave & fridge, laundry room, good parking, etc. Facility is very well maintained. I almost hate giving this place such a great review cuz now they'll book- up and I may have to stay at one of those other dives again! Lol. Thank you, Best Western Naperv... read more
I had made a reservation 10 days prior via booking.com. When I arrived the woman at the front (Eva) stated there were no rooms and that they had no reservation under my name or confirmation number. My 7-year-old son and I had made a long trip from Memphis, TN and arrived late at night. She demonstrated no sympathy and seemed to have no motivation to help us. The bed was very uncomfortable, several neighbors had loud music and the hall smelled like marijuana constantly. The toilet broke and when we called the front desk the woman was bothered and said that no one was available to fix it. We asked if we could be moved to another room and she said no. Then I asked her what we should do and she said that she would call back if she found a solution. No call. But a very nice gentleman showed up and fixed the toilet later on.
