Room lacked air conditioning and was 90+ degrees. Requests to staff dismissed by referencing an absentee manager. I observed at least four other guests who claimed to have reservations be turned away.
Clean room, very nice breakfast.
Comparing at is price point, this is a very well maintained and run hotel. The rooms are clean. The shower in my room was very clean, no sign of any mildew or mold (most hotels have it). The rooms look like they were recently redone. The furniture is standard BW. The room also has a fridge and microwave. The morning breakfast was complete. Wakes, omelettes, protein, potatoes, fruits, cereals, etc.
Terrible check-in experience. I arrived around 2:10 AM with two rooms already booked and paid through booking.com. The front desk accepted one room but claimed the second wasn’t confirmed and kept telling me to call booking.com myself. Since it was 2 AM and I had no other option, I had to pay an extra $131 for a room I had already paid for. Extremely frustrating and poorly handled.
