Customer service was terrible. Not even as much as a thank you have a good day or come back and see us when checking out. Never seen room service during our 3 day stay. Had to go get towels for our showers. Would not recommend unless they change their ways.
Both my queen beds were dirty under the covers even under the pillow cases. Like the bed wasn't stripped and clothed with cleaner linen. The office was very helpful. Swimming pool was nice.

Do not come here, it's honestly better sleeping in your car, smelly rooms, unclean carpets, pool doesn't even work. Doesn't look anything like the picture. Stained towels. This place could be a place to bring cheap hookers to, not a nice place for your family
