El hotel es bueno, la habitación estuvo excelente: jabón, shampoo, acondicionador, papel higienico, jabón de mano, baño limpio, sábanas limpias, estacionamiento, elevador, alberca, una cama cómoda, tv, wifi, agua caliente, instalaciones en muy buen estado. La atención de recepción es buena, hablan español también. A 25 mins de aeropuerto. En las mañanas solo ofrecen café, pan, cereal y fruta.

I recently stayed at the Best Western in San Diego and overall had a solid experience. The hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean rooms and friendly staff who are eager to help make your trip enjoyable. Terrible attitude and countenance by Maggie at reception, not friendly, dismissing and overall rude. Been coming for some time, this time might be the last. Last couple of stays have also been disappointing, mostly due to the Subpar service and information given at check in. Too bad the remodel doesn't match the experience.
