Every stay at the Mission Bay Inn has always been great for me and my family, HOWEVER, our most recent stay was BY FAR one of the best experiences we’ve had staying at any hotel & I have to give credit to the girl working at the front desk named NATASHA M.! We booked a room and requested a pack'n'play for our baby, we checked in and were told they threw away all their cribs during construction....no problem.....we leave and come back later. There is no parking, an orange cone is in front of every space in front of the rooms. I moved a cone assuming it was ok because there were no more spaces, and the employee (George) came outside freaking out telling me "those cones are there for a reason.". I told him we needed a parking space and he told us we had to find a space across the ... read more

Was able to get a newly renovated room. Staff was great.
