We have stayed here 3 times in 4 weeks. Ice machine broken on 2nd floor. Still not repaired. Must use 1st floor ice machine. Other guests spill in elevator. Staff is very quick to clean up. Air conditioner in some rooms not working and had to change rooms. Overall staff is wonderful and rooms very clean. Room price under $100. Very close to hospital and quiet neighborhood. Many restaurants close by.
This was a really nice hotel. We had a problem with the Marshall Tx Best Western. So finding this one really nice!! The hostess gave us room# 104 it was so clean and no bad oder!! Only thing was the TV didn't work. So I called front desk, I told Mindy that the TV didn't work,she said they had a bad storm,She put us in room #107. Everything was really nice.
