Only thing that sucked was the hottub was closed down because they just didn't want guests using it. Nothing was wrong with it,it was functioning fine...I think when its slower they tape it off to save money...Not everyone wants to get into a cold pool.
Just stayed at best Western Ludington mi, did booking.com fully paid for and they double charged my credit card when I checked out ended up paying $330 for a $110 room I will be contacting credit company and better business until I get the 177 that you over charged me, the pool was full of scum and my kid found a chunk of hair floating in the pool with scum on it, the remodeling they are doing is a mess caulk all over the bathrooms, pubic hair in the toilets like someone shaved Thier private parts over the toilet. Just got back from a snowy weekend in Ludington for a hockey tournament. The facility was great for the price, but what stuck out was the staff. We were there with a bunch of teenage boys, and the staff was incredibly patient, welcoming and exceeded all expectations for our families. I could not have been happier with our stay and I would 100% STAY HERE AGAIN. 10/10.
Once everything started opening up during COVID, we decided to take short trips up to Ludington (8hrs from home). I am in healthcare and definitely need a break every now and again. We go up at least twice a year. We tried a couple other hotels before staying at this BW. This is now the only place we stay. We have never had any issues.
