I stayed over the fourth of July as we do every year the hotel is on a constant decline it appears so hot inside and one elevator had to keep calling for towels the hot water was low every morning I called to see if they would even comp a stay in our future trips we our in Ludington so often nothing absolutely nothing or even a response just sad because It was my go-to hotel never disappointed this year it was much different unfortunately

They claimed they had no accessible rooms. They put me by the back door. People came in at all hours of the night being noisy, then someone goes out at 4am and smokes something gross smelling right outside my room. I checked out early, I could not get back to sleep because I couldn't turn the a/c on without their smelly smoke and the windows do not open. Beds were worn out, hotel is worn out. Some rooms might look like the Google pics, but mine didn't. The chlorine for the pool could be smelled outside.

Great location, excellent staff, clean rooms, breakfast, pool, fitness center, playground, picnic area and bbq’s. Great check In with Rolando who always helps and has a big smile. Iesha helpful with adding extra day to our stay. Danni got us some extra towels from housekeeping. Sarah was at the front desk for check out and made it very easy. Love our stay and will most certainly stay again.
