This place is an absolute joke. Whether it is listening to party music and dancers above me for four nights, and a dog barking in the next room, to moving me to a room that faces that loudest, busiest street AND I had no hot water when they moved me, Their non English maintenance guy thought he would tell me how I need to turn the water on, Seriously! It was the best hotel I found close enough to Kaiser for an early morning appointment. When we arrived I discovered I had booked a non-refundable price from a third party website for the wrong night. The lovely woman at the desk assured me they would work with me. I rebooked right then (the right night) and crossed my fingers. I cancelled with the booking site with the expected reply that my reservation was non refundable, however, they would check with the hotel directly. It’s very clean hotel room — really nice lady working downstairs for the breakfast service too Offered us a to go bag, and we saw her taking great care with an elderly guest, which was very nice to see. Thank you!
