Reception was very good. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Shower Head was a bugger... really high, couldn't even reach and sprayed really high as well. Reserved a room on bottom floor towards the back, which I received, unfortunately it was a dog room which I knew the moment I entered due to the smell. I was relocated upstairs over the stairwell as that's all that was available. No elevator available so we had to lug our bags upstairs... not happy about that. My husband and I have stayed at several best westerns including this one, but this is the first terrible experience we've ever had. My husband is handicapped, so we got a handicap room. After a long drive and being exhausted, we were ready to get in our room and get a good night sleep. Instead we were met with a stuffy hot room, that literally took my breath away when we walked in. It's an older hotel but still very nice. The staff are very helpful and accommodating
Good place to stay and good location. Breakfast is good at 6 am.
