The Best Western in Redondo Beach is in a fantastic location, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Special thanks to Antony, the front desk manager, who was exceptionally kind and accommodating—he even let us check out a day early when our plans changed. While we did feel the accommodations were pricey for what we got, we understand it’s summer and rates are higher everywhere. Overall, a very nice stay in a great spot with excellent customer service.
Recently stayed here for five days four nights and they were really really nice and responsive and helpful. The rooms were clean. The staff in the breakfast area was phenomenal. And to top it all off they have free parking free breakfast free pool and hot tub. Lastly when I lost my ring my wedding ring and another emerald ring I had, they were kind enough to mail it back quickly. I just got my rings back and I thought that was phenomenal service.
Friendly staff, convenient location, clean rooms, and nice breakfast. The style is just a little outdated, but that doesn't matter that much.
You are unable to see the beach from the hotel but it is not too far away! It was perfect if you wanted to get away from the 4th of July fireworks! It was a very nice hotel!
