We stayed at the Best Western Inn & Suites Ottumwa from December 8 to December 27, and the service was excellent. We traveled as a family of three with a young child, and our needs were always taken seriously. Whenever we had a request or a suggestion, the staff reacted quickly and kindly. stayed 2 weeks here while in iowa visiting family and let me tell you this place is awesome they went above and beyond to make my stay as good as possible i highly recommend this place and next time I'm in town I'll definitely will stay here again 😀
