Edited: I spoke with the manager Mr. Patel. After speaking with him I have updated my review from a 1 star to a 3 star. Mr. Patel was out of town when this issue arose, he contacted me as soon as he arrived back. We discussed the issue and he will be having the entire staff go through the Best Western ADA-Service Dog education.
