Room was dirty. Found crack, chore boy, and dope elastics on un vacuumed floor.
Be mindful of parking and staying at his hotel, our vehicle was broken into and our personal things were stolen out of the truck , the workers acted as if me and my husband were the robbers .. the lady at the front desk lied and said the cameras didn’t work and they had no video of the robbery , it took police 6 hrs to come to the hotel to get our statements, and when a new employee came to work they mysteriously FOUND the video of our vehicle being broken into … but we knew it was video when she spoke to us in English and s... read more
Avoid this place pretty much at all costs. Had to book this for a family emergency (we had a grandparent hospitalized) and booked a room. I was flying in from a work trip, my partner was driving. It was clear I would arrive after my partner and the hotel wouldn't let him check and and wouldn't let us cancel and rebook under his name. They forced us to book a second one and knowingly took the money for the second room...kept citing policy which is total garbage. Have stayed here a couple of times now. The Good: Clean rooms every time I have stopped here. Employees are friendly. The Bad: -Very rarely have towels and washcloths in stock. Multiple times we were given 1 towel and 1 wash cloth for multiple people. -Extending past late checkout has resulted in a 10am knock. Seems to be lack of communication from cleaning staff to front desk and vice versa. -Some rooms have a damp mildew smell. However, have requested a different room and was given one with no issue.
