Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Check in was very quick, courteous and acknowledged my diamond status. The room was very clean and had no smell at all. Overall, the night was very quiet and in the morning, the shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was the usual hotel buffet, but it was good and fresh. Nice location right by the highway. Also a good chinese restaurant right down the street. Recommend this hotel highly.

The room smelled of mold and mildew! We asked as soon as we walked in there to change rooms. We were told no because all rooms were the same. We were offered a dehumidifier from one of the men working at the desk, as he told the other that some people are more sensitive to smells than others. (If they have dehumidifiers to offer, this is obviously a problem that has existed for a while at this hotel.) We were angry, but we knew we were going to be charged $136, so we stayed. If I were you I wouldn’t book here! The only thing nice about this hotel is the location and how the rooms are set up is nice. Other than that everything else is a NO! The manager is very rude and nasty. Cops were called on me because I told the manager that they had bedbugs. I was told that there weren’t any bedbugs in this hotel when I have complete proof that they had them. I showed them the proof that I had, and I was told to never come back here and that it probably came from me. I did not receive a refund so I’m taking... read more
