We’ve stayed here before however, We will not be back.. The floors were not cleaned at all, I had to wipe something up I spilt and the rag was straight black and nasty. There were ants on the bathroom floor. The beds were now full size beds versus queens when we’ve stayed before. The staff is not friendly at all! My husband and I checked into Room 112 at Best Western Garden Villa Inn in Roseburg, Oregon, on July 7, 2026, a little after 10:00 p.m., and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. Before arriving, we called the hotel to make a reservation and spoke with the front desk employee, Shiloh (if I have her name correct). This was the worst experience I have ever had. First of all we get into our room and there are a TON of ants in the bathroom. So my husband kills them and I ask front desk if we can move rooms. Guy working the FD says no they are fully booked but he will take the first night off our room. They double charged us so I had to call them also didn’t take the first night off like they said. We made a mistake by not thoroughly searching for a better place. The room was outdated, overcrowded, and uncomfortable. The bed squeaked, and the fan produced a loud noise. Although we didn't see any dirt, my gut instinct told me not to trust it, so I wiped all the areas with disinfecting wipes.
I had a three week road trip and stayed in 10+ different hotels at different cities. The experience at this place is the worst. The room is not very clean, two big flies flying around in the room. Bathroom has a smell. The room is out of dated which is fine. But the noise is not tolerable. I can hear people next door clearly, outside the window is the freeway, the AC in the room is super loud. I just couldn’t get any sleep in this place .
