Its a best western so you get what you pay for, but the staff was really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious and constantly being tended to. Everyone there was clearly working very hard and there were a lot of nice little touches (like board games available, a large variety of teas, constantly refreshed coffee, and even honey packets for tea) that made it very cozy and welcoming. We had a great stay.
Our room wasn't ready at check-in time and the room smelled of urine. They refused to let us move or do anything about it. Edit for the owners response: Since you refused to fix the issue, how about hire a GM that wants to make sure your guests have a pleasant stay? I'm sure you can figure out which rooms smell of urine given you have more than one review of it. Or you could inspect your rooms and do away with the outdated AC units that people can pee into from outside. Glad to help tell you how to run your business though.
I first visited this place three years ago while house hunting I was only going to stay one night but the service and location were so great I wound up staying three nights.
Dog friendly, there was a $25 pet fee. Front desk was kind & professional.
Not too bad! The continental breakfast was pretty decent! Good value, nothing fancy, but met our needs. Board games in the office, the staff was friendly.
