The room is average The pictures on the website are taken away out of context so the pool is like never been open I've been here twice over the course of 2 years and never once has the pool been open they even take pictures of the room from opposite angles to make them look different than they are All I'm saying is that it is not what it looks like if you were expecting 8 out of 10 because of what you're seeing in the pictures be okay with showing up to a four
Terrible. I saw another review before I booked, How their experience was, and when I went to decide what hotel to get. It was gone. I should have listened to that review. It was Terrible. The rooms smelt like musk and smoke. The beds were springy, as in you move and the spring moves and you can feel it. We got no sleep as the power went out as well! in just our block it looked like, we're in a new place and in a hotel so we're on high alert with no power on and no heat. It was out for hours. The room was clean and adequate but not all that nice. We were next to the laundry and it was noisy. You could also hear other people and road noises. It is an older facility. At about 11 PM the power went out - only at this hotel, everywhere around was still powered. The staff would do nothing about it except for attempting to contact their manager. They would not take the initiative to call the power company on their own.
They need to dust and sweep better.
