If I could do a no star I would Horrible lady at front desk
Second time staying, Good budget hotel. They are making improvements... much of it is newly remodeled... rooms are clean enough and safe enough. The mattress / Bed is medium firmness... not soft, nit plush, not pillowtop... but not overly firm. Pillows are fine but not the higher end best western pillows. We found hair on our sheets so we figure they weren't washed, the breakfast food was sparce but I assume there were not many guests to feed. There were no lamps beside the bed but we moved one over.
