Just a really terrible experience. I tried to check-in around 11pm after what I thought was a successful attempt at booking a room via Super.com. The person at the front desk accused me of being a scammer, didn't want to tell me about available rooms, and walked away from the desk. Any regular person would have been upset. I stayed patient and asked again if I could just pay via credit card. He finally let me book a room with credit card. He told me, "You will leave here by 11am." We booked the Best Western Fireside Inn in Kingston online a couple of weeks in advance, specifically searching for pet-friendly hotels — this property came up, so we booked with confidence. Upon arrival on Saturday, September 5th around 5 pm, the man at the front desk asked for our dog's "papers," then informed us our dog needed to be a certified service animal to stay. Was absolutely amazing and have already booked go back I got to stay in the themed room the one that's a space ship bed was amazing next time I'm gonna be in the hot air balloon room. I love the themed rooms they have a hot tub beautiful paintings on the walls so many TVs there was a TV in my bathroom does room service you get a bottle of champagne and two chocolate-covered strawberries everyday it was amazing I love it here it's worth the money I'm telling you that right now you may see the price and go oh I don't know it's... read more
