We chose this motel for the location because we were attending a funeral service in Culpeper, VA, visiting relatives in Winchester, VA, DC & Bethesda, MD plus wanted to see some of the DC attractions. We stayed 4 nights and interfaced with at least 6 different staff members, including front desk, cleaning and restaurant personnel; all were superb. I feel like we hit the jackpot. It was wonderful! The fitness center & pool are awesome.
The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and the shower facilities were very nice. I asked for a king size bed room but the bed in my room went beyond king sized...it was big enough for 4 people and extremely comfortable! We arrived at 8PM and the guy running the front desk was not overly friendly or nice but he was able and got us checked in which is all I cared about after driving from Mass! This hotel was reasonably priced and convenient to the D.C. metro. Hotels closer in for this trip were either booked or too expensive The front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful. One person even returned cash and a credit card I had inadvertently left at the desk. The hotel was convenient to I-66 and close to the Vienna Metro station. Also, the Fairfax bus line has a stop right in front of the hotel if you would rather not park at the Metro. Good value for the money.

Very clean, and the staff was friendly. Good price. I would stay again. Great location. Near shopping, DC, the courthouse. Good places to eat nearby. The bed was a little too firm. Not too bad-- just not as soft as I would like. The pool looked nice, but it was a little to cold to try it out! Breakfast was great too.
Hotel rooms were clean, well appointed, and had a comfortable bed. The shower worked well. The full breakfast buffet was great. We were visiting DC for the Cherry Blossom festival but found the hotels there to be prohibitively expensive. For less than half the price, staying in Fairfax is a bargain. Although we didn't travel by metro, driving to the DC waterfront was pretty quick and ensured that our car was close by in the evening after the fireworks. Parking was $10 for the day.
I have stayed at other Best Westerns nation wide and I must say that this was my best experience. I was welcomed by very friendly staff who checked me in promptly and was knowledgable in all the areas restaurants and transportation. I was welcomed to a very clean room with a beautiful pool side view. I was there for 3 days for the cherry blossom parade and each day was a peaceful and comfortable stay.
