Nice rooms, decent staff, decent location. Can neither be overly excited or upset at this place.
There were sketchy individuals running up and down the hallways screaming racist and foul and offensive language. Sketchy individuals hanging out in the parking lot. We felt very unsafe and ended up leaving after 30 minutes of turning in for the night. The hotel smelled like old Mexican food with spoiled gravy. The towels were dirty and nothing felt clean. Sam took great care and made sure we had everything we need.
Not safe. Outside doors are all broken and do not lock so anyone can come in without a key. People hanging around in parking lot with windows down. People hanging out by outside doors. I got the impression that people lived there. Rundown rooms, very bad maintenance repairs, mattresses soft with no support. Overall just old, dirty and in need a of updates. In a really good area and someone besides the current owner needs to buy this building and make it acceptable. Very busy nice restaurant next door was a plus.
