This hotel is really nice IMO. I am a Diamond Rewards Member with Best Western. The staff was also cordial.
Awesome experience with Miss Jennifer book the room right away explain to me all my concerns I recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to go for a quiet night or for administrate close to all the shopping centers and all the main roads easy parking accessible and fun people at the service desk Joel Alex and the rest of the people that I've met I always very helpful Mike DiMaggio also does a really good job taking care of all the major problems that come along or small ..thank Mike. GM
A very solid hotel, but not fancy. The rooms were clean and the beds were solid & even: not worn down. It is a block off the highway and it is quiet. There were no highway sounds. Breakfast was good with sausage, eggs, cereals and fruit. Coffee was average. It is a good place to get a good nights sleep at a reasonable price and I would stay there again.
Alex has been very helpful night shift always ready picks up phone and catera to evrything i need drinks all night beer .wine. and the hot tub is aewosome...!! Beat hotel for its price wide parking. And clean. Rooms.!
One night here was nightmare. Hotel is sorely in need of upgrading and is dismal, if this is what Best Western considers up to their standards they need to immediately re-evaluate….Room 247 was a joke, it smelled of a foul odor God knows what… we had to open window to air it out which to our utter shock didnt lock and was without a screen and had a piece of wood on the track for security…… really?
