We stayed for an overnighter for our wrestling club and had a great time. The staff was wonderful working with us as we were a lot of people to accommodate and finding space to have our pizza party. CJ was awesome
Great place to workout, swim and relax after a long day of accomplishments. Staff stay actively working to help accommodate.
For years, my family and I have enjoyed our stays at this particular Best Western Hotel because the staff and their service have always been wonderful and welcoming. We like to think of it as our home away from home since it truly feels like a second home to us. I have a special love for Madison, and I find the people here to be incredibly kind and friendly, making every visit even more enjoyable. Clean rooms. Great price. Easy to access off the freeway. Plenty of restaurants near by. Nice pool and hot tub. Great continental breakfast!
There wasn’t anything necessarily wrong with the hotel - it did its job as a clean, safe place to sleep and hang out while we were visiting for a weekend. However, the rooms were definitely not well taken care of (large chips in the wall, cracks near door frame, older mattress on bed, hallway didn’t smell fresh) and the shower was slow to drain.
