Breakfast was so nice. Staff is so polite.( vina makkar) Services are very fast. Rooms are clean.
Had a fantastic stay. The room was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Vina at the front desk was extremely helpful during my stay and helped me in connecting my rewards account. I will definitely stay here again.
Spoke to Vina (owner) - terrible customer service. I did not book this room and was charged. I would never book this hotel based on the overall reviews in regards to lack of cleanliness, safety and customer service.
Homeless people everywhere like zombies. I made a reservation then tried to cancel due fear of bed bugs, within 2 hours of initial booking, and they would not refund me. This place is gross, stay away.
