We had a great time staying there: staff is very professional and helpful, especially Andres, who is very knowledgeable friendly patient and helpful, also he’s a very good listener who truly understands customer’s concerns: the fridge in our room didn’t work, Andres immediately replaced it with a new one right after we reported the issue, we were very impressed with his efficiency! What a great customer service professional! We would definitely recommend this place because of Andres! Thank you again!

I’m leaving a review for my stay at the best Western country Inn in Temecula we experience very, very kind people at the front desk and the manager I met I believe his name was Will was very polite and professional and also I wanna say the rooms were clean and tidy and best of all great breakfast.
