Booking was easy, I'll update after my stay
We rented a suite for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast had a large assortment of items to choose from. Our second night was disrupted by little kids running up and down the halls screaming. They settled down in about an hour. I don't know if it is a new thing but our bed was never made and we requested fresh towel and never received them but we survived. We have stayed this hotel many times while visiting our daughter at college. Our best experiences have been when we’ve been on a top floor. This is due to literally zero insulation between floors. You can hear every single creak and step, running water, Bathroom trips, TV, voices, clearly enough to make out their conversations.
